I've decided that in this stage of my life, I can be involved in several things at once, but I am still careful about how much I commit myself to. I love volunteering, but I only give my time to causes that really mean something to me. Working part time in two different roles is great for my personality because I like variety. I can tap into my creativity by working in the consignment store one day, and the next day I am babysitting for 3 year old twins who keep me in touch with my inner child.
